The menu celebrates the best of Mediterranean cuisine, offering healthful and flavourful dishes such as 12-hour marinated grilled lamb rack with chimichurri and tahini yoghurt purée, and cured salmon crudo with pickled onions and labneh. For a sweet ending, guests can enjoy roasted figs with stracciatella, pomegranate, and blueberries.
Elara’s design features airy cabanas and a temperature-controlled swimming pool, ideal for basking in Bali’s sunshine while sipping on handcrafted cocktails.
